Immaculate Home w/ Mtn and River Views!

Immaculate as stated, beautiful well appointed, quiet not far from walking path, sunsets out the window. Not far from public market, restaurants, just far enough away from Leavenworth crowds..most excellent place to stay .

Nothing not to like.

Very clean, great a/c for the hot summer, very well stocked with anything you might need.

The detached guest house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living dining area. The front of the house overlooks orchard, the river and a mountain view. It was very quiet and peaceful.

We liked everything, the house is very comfortable, it’s pet friendly, a warm welcome and the wonderful view.

Great location and perfect size for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Well equipped home and a quiet area.

Put dimmer switches on the ceiling lights in family room and kitchen areas.

The place was super clean and very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful view, well stocked with household items and friendly, responsive hosts.

A grab bar to get in and out of the bath tub would be a nice addition.

We really liked the view and location. The house was clean and roomy, exactly like the pictures. The attention to detail for the guest was fantastic. There were extra snacks in the cupboards, a little "treasure chest" of chocolates. (which my grandson kept shut so his sister didn't find out! All the kitchen cabinets were labeled, so easy to find what was needed. We were there for a softball tournament, so the washer came in handy. There was even laundry soap, although I had brought my own. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was heaven as it was 100+ degrees. And the BIG bonus, was not having to strip the beds and wash every single dish. So many of our stays want you to 100% clean up after you paid to stay. That alone is worth it when you are hot and tired and just want to pack up.

The extreme hot weather contributed to our only issue. The small one was easier to cool down with a fan. The medium bedroom with the 2nd bathroom we couldn't get to cool down. More fans or air conditioning would make it perfect.
