Modern 1BR with King Bed beside SM Mall

I recently stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the king-size bed provided a luxurious and comfortable night's sleep. The convenience of self-check-in streamlined the process, and its proximity to SM Mall made it an ideal location. The cleanliness and cozy ambiance further enhanced my overall satisfaction with the stay. Highly recommend!

The parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we ended up parking quite far from the unit.

The host is arrogant , we made a simple mistake of 'keeping the lights/AC on’ after the checkout and i offered to pay for the electric bill , instead of communicating correctly and professioanlly , the host tried to belittle me and my guest. No AC in living room. So when we went out I left the bedroom door open to have the place cooled. So whats the issue here? Belittling guests for a simple mistake and then proceeding to harass us after the check out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Again. I offered to pay for the electric since the host thinks he’s so tough WILSON. Avoid staying here. Honest review - Sofa is old , kitchen sink is clogged , under the kitchen sink is full of water leaks , bathroom also gets clogged and full of water on the floor , the unit is full of ants also , advisable not to stay here. If you do , follow instructions ever so carefully or you will be harassed by the male host who thinks hes so tough.

The staff was responsive. The unit is spacious but no A/C in the living room. Free water was a nice gesture.

The sofa was a bit run down.
