The waterfront 361-With sea view, skysport and air conditioner in each bedroom

The gardens outlook and out door settings were lovely. Everyone was surprised how spacious the bedrooms were. I had the master bedroom and loved the walking robe, ensuite and large TV. There was everything we needed. We also loved the little cafe less than 10 mins walk Family owned, really friendly with great coffee and homemade food options.

The sensor light wasn’t working outside the front door, which meant it was really dark going down the steps. The owner is going to get that fixed.

Clean, well equiped, large garden, overall beautiful and lovely place, would recommend it.

Detergent for dish washer and washing machine would be nice. A drying machine would be make it perfect.

There is a lot to love about this property. We would come back! 1. The bedroom, lounge, deck and yard were spacious 2. Quiet cul de sac street 3. Beautiful views from dining and porch 4. Fully equipped kitchen 5. Spotlessly clean 6. Great wifi 7. Very large TV with Netflix 8. Heat pump/air con in each room and lounge 9. Easy instructions to enter the property 10. Good privacy - didn’t hear or see other neighbours while we were there 11. Separate toilet to shower room (plus one ensuite)

Only minor things to be aware of - this is a VERY GOOD PROPERTY TO STAY! 1. Light switches were very confusing - only two are labeled clearly! 2. The shower in Master bedroom ensuite has very little pressure - also it is very difficult to adjust temperature. You either burn or it’s ice cold. However the water pressure is very good in the other shower but it is not good for tall people. 3. The doors are very bangy and there is no noise insulation between the bedrooms. It is normal that older homes the wooden door frames are warped. It is not a problem if not light sleeper.

Kathy, the host, was extremely welcoming, generous and informative. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need. Having stayed here earlier in the year I knew what to expect, but Kathy outside herself this visit!!!
