Cosy 2-Bed House in Ancoats Manchester!

Wasn’t very clean . Hair and dust in the wardrobe . Shower needed updating and rust in bath . Hair on bathroom floor.

Great location for travel to the city centre, music and football venues. Close to the tram and bus stops.

Could maybe do with a later check out and some updating inside, paint etc.

Keys were easy to collect as in a lock box at the front

Could not lock the doors without using the keys so could not lock the property while my partner was out and leave the keys for him in lock box while I went to bed. The property is on a main road so had to lock the door and wait up so my toddler could not escape. This property is not family friendly!! Do not take small children here…within 30seconds of arriving I went to put the shopping in the fridge. My toddler shut the kitchen door behind me then locked it leaving me locked in the kitchen and could also not get out of the back door as it needed a key to unlock. For some reason the internal doors have external locks on them?! My toddler was screaming in distress along with my 5month old baby that I had put down on the living room floor as she could not open the door back up. The keys to the property and my phone were also in the living room with my babies. I climbed out of the kitchen window to try get to the front of the house to try flag someone down and call my partner but could not get around to the front and almost slipped on the wet pavers climbing out. I eventually gained access to my extremely upset children after 15 very scary and frantic minutes. The front door would also not unlock from the inside when my partner got home so I had to put the keys through the letter box in order for him to open from the outside. If there was a fire at the property then the outcome would not be good. Whilst the host was very responsive and helpful, the house had cobwebs, hair all in the beds, no toaster, no wine glasses, no dishwasher tablets and the tv did not work very well, could not log into Netflix at all. Would not go back 😳

Clean, comfortable place with plenty of space for 3 people. Great that there is free parking straight across from the house. Easy to access keys via key safe Comfy beds and plenty of storage space Huge telly downstairs and telly in both bedrooms was a bonus!

There wasn’t an oven glove and we had to manually light the gas cooker as the ignite button didn’t work efficiently.
