Nice looking facility. Good location.

Desk staff, was very rude, and very unprofessional. 2 of the first things they teach in hotel management. While I was there I witnessed several others having issues with your desk staff as well. You have a serious issue with attitude and professionalism at your Hollywood location.

Location was great. The only problem I had was that both of the beds were horrible both of them had big sink holes in the mattress. Horrible back ache. They should have took something off the bill.

Convenient location, check-in and check-out were super easy except for carrying luggage up stairs to the lift lobby. The top-floor pool was lovely and usually not too crowded and had a great view.

The parking was inconvenient and expensive. The additional required resort fees were expensive and access to the beach etc was separate from the resort. There was no view from the apartment and no balcony. The front of the building had a great view - but the apartment had none. Not even a glimpse. There was no on-site food availability. The washing machine was next to useless and I didn't dare try the drying cycle after the ridiculously loud thumping of the wash cycle - I strung up my own drying line between interior door handles. Having to go and collect and return resort towels was an unexpected inconvenience. I had to carry heavy bags up stairs to the lift lobby. Parking was across the road in a public facility at your own high cost and risk. If the room had been better, I'd have photos to share! If the room had a view of anything but the street below, I'd have photos to share. If there was a balcony, I'd have photos to share.

Great location! Great pool and hot tub.

Beds were horrible and uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep. Pull out couches, only a sheet and thin blanket. Not comfortable at all!!!!! If my stay had been longer then 3 days I would of had to leave to find a place I could get sleep.

Property was clean. Location was great. A lot of restaurant choices in walking distance of the hotel.

I was surprised about the $200 resort fee I was charged upon check in. This fee should have been disclosed at the time of booking the reservation.

The property was close to the beach and main broadwalk. The pool was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfy.

The high ceilings echoed the street noise. We used a white noise app so a suggestion would be putting white noise machines in the units to eliminate the noise.
