The location was good, within walking distance of the Black Sea. Overall, acceptable for the price.

First of all, we had difficulty finding the property, as the address listed on Booking.com was different from the instructions provided for key collection. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be unclean. There were long dark hairs on the kitchen sponge, and the toilet seat was dirty. After cleaning it myself with disinfectant, the tissue turned brown. Additionally, the water was cold, and there was no actual duvet—only a duvet cover. We contacted the host immediately to report these issues. They promised that the apartment would be properly cleaned the next day. They also claimed that the hot water was working and advised us to wait longer. However, even after waiting a considerable amount of time, the water remained cold, and we were forced to shower with cold water. They apologized but mentioned they did not have a duvet. The following day—the day the cleaning was supposed to take place—we received a message in the afternoon stating that the housekeeper was "unable to come." The host offered a 30% reduction of the cleaning fee, but this has not been processed to date. On the day of our departure, we received an automated message from the host hoping we had a wonderful stay, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. Finally, during checkout, the receptionist at the front desk was very rude when we spoke Georgian, insisting that we must speak either Russian or English. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
