The flat was very tidy, very roomy and in a very central position (close by the centre of Funchal and to a big shopping centre). The rooms were all air-conditioned which was brilliant in this warm weather. The beds were comfortable. The private parking space is an absolute must when you have a car. The host was very responsive and helped us out whenever necessary.

Two of the three showers don't have a screen or other enclosure and as a result can't really be used without flooding the bathroom. Also a bit more glassware, plates, cutlery etc (we only had six pieces of each) would be most welcome and wouldn't make it a necessity to wash up after every meal.
