Please note that the free shuttle service only operates within the Laguna Phuket resort complex. Cleaning services are provided once every 2 days. Guests are kindly requested to provide their names in English during the booking process. Extra adult and child aged 12 years old and above charge at THB 1,187 net per person per day inclusive of breakfast and extra bed Child aged 4-11 years old charge at THB 350 net per day inclusive of breakfast, without extra bed Child aged 0 - 3 years old stay and eat free ,without extra bed Pets friendly additional charge (per night): 500 baht per room per night 1,500 baht per room for 30 nights Insurance fee 2,000 baht per room Other additional details • Pets totaling no more than 10 kilograms can be accommodated in all room types. • Pets weighing more than 10 kilograms together can be accommodated in rooms with two bedrooms or more. • Total weight not more than 20 kilograms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Amazing staff, lovely rooms and great shuttle to the Beach."

The room we had was great. One thing I would say is the lack of space for Big suitcases. There is under bed storage, but this was not big enough for a large suitcase. The 29 Baht Ice cream Cones were Amazing!! Really good value.

Breakfast was okay, felt repetative. Need a bigger selection of Fruits and fresh bread that does not feel stale. One thing to be aware of when looking at booking is the Shuttle service that this place offers is needing to be paid when using it. This was not something we were aware of when booking as It appeared that this was free. The beach shuttle is free, but all Tuk-tuk shuttle is paid and there was occasions were the driver ran out of petrol and would not pick us up.

"Luxury & tranquility for a great value"

Amazing tranquil location in Laguna. You can walk around the amazing lakes and enjoy the views and silence. However still so close to Bang Tao / Boat Avenue and all the restaurants and cafes. I would definitely come back and recommend to those who want to enjoy Phuket not the typical busy way, yet very close also these places. It is definitely the upscale area of Phuket. Great value for money. Breakfast was completely fine.

Konum olarak her yere uzak en yakın eğlence yeri neredeyse 10 km uzaklıkta her yere taksi ile gitmeniz gerek bunu göz önüne alın
