Great location, good security

It's NOT a two bedroom apartment, that is completely false advertising. It's a tiny studio apartment with the option to pull across two room separators, which do not reach to the ceiling so lights come through and you are all still in the same room. I booked it because it was meant to be two bedrooms, so I would have a separate room to work while my family could be in the other rooms.... so as it was just a tiny studio I had to go out to find coffee shops to work in 😑 also you have to pay for the pool, even a 1 year old, but you need to email the owner who then emails the building corporation so you can use the pool. You need to pay each day you use the pool.

Place is comfortable especially for a family of 3. -The place is also near MOA, PICC, and World Trade Center (where our business usually takes place) but still needs to take a taxi/grab. -The condominium also feels safe. -A bank, a restaurant, and a 24/7 mart is also located on the ground floor of the building so it's quite convenient for quick and small amount of everyday food. -Unit door lock doesn't need a key since the unit uses a smart lock for the handle, so the risk of losing the key is non existent.

The toilet and bath doesn't have an internal exhaust fan to air out bad smell from the inside to the outside.

location, close to the park, MOA and museum. very easy to check in/out. the bed is very comfy and i like the little balcony.

its a one-BR unit, thats why its congested when they try to make it 2BR unit.

Very close to Mall of Asia (only ~$4CAD Grab ride). Pool access (additional expense). Large television with good wifi access. Everything was clean and host was very responsive. Alpha Mart convenience store one ground level also includes fresh meat counter and laundry service (either self serve or drop off service).

Not specific to the unit or the host - but the building itself. Out of 8 elevators, at times only 2 were in service. Sometimes the wait for the elevator reached close to 15 minutes. I just started to take the stairs down but unfortunately for security reasons you could not take stairs up so you were almost always met with a huge line waiting for the elevator. I found 4AM a good time to have the elevator almost to yourself. Due to the proximity to Roxas Blvd, noise levels can get quite high and there is currently construction going on across the street (as of Jan 2024)

Definitely not for 4 people. Too small. 2 or 3 people just nice. We didn't stay due to won't be able to stay for 4 people. The end we book another hotel room for 4 paxs.

First of all, I would definitely come back. The location is good in Pasay. Staff was very great and helpful in the building, and the owners were very helpful as well and always responsive if we had questions. There is a 24/7 store downstais in case you need anything in the late hours. Also, an ATM and bank are available.

Despite we liked everything about the condo. There are a few minor points to dispike. The corridors in the building smelt sometimes. Early in the morning, you can hear a rooster. The condo isn't soundproof from the outside, so we could hear the neighbors upstair moving their stuff and playing music sometimes, which we didn't mind.

It's very accessible for all from banks,shops,malls, wala kanang hahanapin pa it's very near where your looking for and you can cook whatever you like as long as you clean after😁and the place was very comfortable and were lucky to have this place we have view not the same with other unit's.and feels like really home😀we have problem in netflix but it's ok we fix it🙂thanks to ma'am angelica and sir they reply immediately when we needed,😁

We need to pay everyday just for pool pass even you stay for few days,😅
