Luxe 4 bed 5 bath with Parking Walk to Capitol, Convention Center, museums and shops

The location was perfect, close enough to everything but not noisy.

We had an excellent stay at The Art House - it is an architecturally stunning and unique property that is difficult to describe or show in photos. It is a newly on-the-market short term rental, and it shows - the house and grounds feel like a luxurious and well curated home that someone is letting you stay in. Michele and her family were great hosts, highly responsive for recommendations and ensuring we had a nice stay. There are 6 floors of beautiful contemporary furnishings and art, with light filtering through soaring ceilings and large windows – all connected by a grand stainless steel banistered staircase winding up the middle of the house, up to a huge roof top sky light. There is a private elevator for luggage, and a series of outdoor decks connecting off the core, with views in every direction. The art and furnishings are very well appointed and refined, yet we still felt really cozy and at home. All of the bedrooms are large and have their own bathroom suites with top of the line everything. There are two kitchenettes on different floors (ground level and level 4), in addition to the main kitchen, and a library loft stocked with dozens of great books. We had one musician in the group and gathered in the evening around the piano in the music room - such a special experience. The enormous soaking tub in the master suite was my personal favorite amenity, but the formal dining room on Level 2.5 was a close 2nd. We made big holiday meals in the kitchen (which was fully equipped) and it was nice to discover that all 10 of us fit around the big round table, (which had a lazy susan in the middle - loved that detail!). For my family’s interests, the downtown arts/museum district location is unbeatable for a Denver stay - and having parking in the heated garage included was a major bonus.
