L’appartement loué mériterait un gros ménage de fond (porte de la sdb, rideau de douche,…) et autres détails qui font que l’on peut dire que l’appartement est entretenu correctement et pas à la va-vite. Il serait bien d’avoir une TV connectée pour que l’on puisse avoir accès aux différentes plateformes de streaming.
