GBWe had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment overlooking the glorious Lake Lugano. We found the apartment very well equipped and comfortable with unbeatable views. The private terrace is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a beautiful sunset, with so much to look out at including parasailers and eagles! The shared pool was great- our girls loved it- and seems like not too many properties in the area can offer this so this was the cherry on the cake. The neighbours were all so friendly and helpful, as was Uli the owner. He was always able to contact if we had any queries. In the nearby village and town there are some beautiful restaurants including La Rotonda (try the tagliata di manza) and Ponte di Pino (try the risotto!), there is plenty to do in nearby Porlezza where there is a great lake beach with paddle boards, kayaks etc to hire. Everything is very child friendly and a bit more calm here than on the banks of Lake Como. Overall- we as a family with 3 small children- had a fabulous stay, we highly recommend to anyone!
