リゾートホテル伊東山荘-Toki-

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, perfect if you want to relax. First impressions were excellent: the entry way and grounds are very nice, and there is a stunning view of the sea. The lounge area is large, bright and airy. Our 3-room junior suite (bedroom; kitchenette; separate tatami dining area - which could be used as an extra sleeping area; en-suite bath and shower, dressing area) was enormous! We could spread out and make ourselves comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchenette was fine for reheating meals. Everything is well-maintained and sparkling clean. Staff are excellent: warm, friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and sake are free; help yourself. During our visit, we were able to enjoy one of the two public baths privately every day - this was a real luxury. Bonfires are lit in the evening for toasting marshmallows or baking sweet potatoes in the embers - great fun! It’s a little off the beaten track, but worth the effort. Highly recommended

Wifi was unstable and under-powered. We could barely access the internet. It was very slow, VOIP calls were distorted, and we were unable to use the TV or to stream Neflix at all during our stay.

Spacious room with a lovely sea view, friendly staff and plenty of amenities. They offer use of the bathhouses which is well maintained and very comfortable.

The location is a bit hard to get to, with windy roads and requires a car (or a fair bit of walking), but its definitely worth it!

まずはスタッフさんが皆さん親切で、大変好感がもてました。 食事時のレストランには持ち込みはできませんが、ビールやコーヒー、ジュース等が、ロビーやお部屋で飲み放題なのは本当にありがたかったです。 お部屋も広くて綺麗でしたし、お風呂は時間を区切って予約して貸し切りでした。 食事は朝食を洋食から和食に変更していただきました。夕食も含めて大変美味しくお腹も膨れて大満足でした。 朝日が大島の向こうから上がるのは絶景でした。

特にありませんでしたが、強いて言わせていただくなら、ベッドが低くて年寄りの私には起き上がるのが少々辛かったですね。

部屋数がそれほど多くないため、スタッフの方々の目が行き届いているという印象を受けました。ゆっくり滞在できました。ありがとうございます。

年末年始の滞在で、部屋を温めるために就寝中もエアコンをつけてました。室内が乾燥することを考えると、加湿器などの設備があると良いかなと思いました。

From being picked up from the Station, until we departed this was an exceptional place to stay. An full apartment sized room, a soak in one of the two hot springs, two western-style breakfasts, our favorite hotel on a 15 hotel tour of japan. Front of house and chef were both great.

We didn't book a longer stay.

お部屋からの大島と海が見えて眺めが素晴らしかったです。広さも十分。ロビーには無料のドリンクが色々とあって助かりました。子供達はマシュマロローストを喜んでいました。

お部屋の敷布団がもう少し厚かったら良いと思います。
