The property was clean and well kept. The location was excellent, too. The maintenance handyman was helpful and came over quickly when we raised the issues of a clogged kitchen sink, clogging in one of the rooms below and to look into another bathroom where there was no hot water. So we truly appreciated his promptness.

We were 9 guests staying there for 6 days, so we requested for extra towels which weren’t provided. Then we were asked to do the laundry of the towels, however, there was only so much detergent for 1 load. Would have love for the host to at least provide enough towels or enough laundry detergent. It was our third consecutive year in Gatlinburg, and we’ve never faced this issue elsewhere, especially, given the nightly price of the cabin.
