"Lovely week in Los cristianos"

Great location. Lovely view of the harbour. Kitchen well equipped. Powerful shower. Nice pool area. Close to a supermarket. 20 minute walk to the town and harbour area and beaches. Toaster was faulty and it was replaced straight away.

No sun on the balcony. Thin walls. Bathroom a bit tired. Had to pay for sun loungers and there weren't many. It would have been nice if there'd been a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge.

"Great apartment, poor property management"

Great apartment, great location, has everything that is needed.

Terrible communication with the property managers. Communication via WhatsApp. The day we wanted to check-in (there were no check-in instructions sent before), they asked us how many people we were - we mentioned 2 as it was in the booking. They said: “the booking is for 1”, you have to cancel or contact booking. It felt very unwelcoming. Booking.com staff helped us solve the issue via the phone - all we needed to do is to send passport details of my spouse. At the checkout day (checkout is at 10 - we were not allowed to extend it), cleaning stuff arrived early mentioning hat we were already supposed to be out. They waited outside till 9:50 when we left. Maybe it is jo big deal, but overall the communication felt super unwelcoming and unfriendly. We would have liked to stay in this place again, but will avoid because of unprofessional communication.

Locație excepțională,pe malul oceanului,magazine și restaurante foarte aproape. Iar priveliștea este...wow!Apusuri de soare ca in povești! Gazda ,minunată, deschisă la solicitările noastre. Îmi pare rău că a trebuit sa întrerup vacanta,din motive personale și am plecat după 7 zile. Mi-a rămas întipărit în suflet fiecare clipă petrecută acolo,simt că povestea trebuie rescrisa ,repetată. Sper să mă întorc cât de curând! Recomand,mergeți cu încredere!
