Cleanliness of rooms and kitchen.

Lounge sofas are dusty,Outside of premises not as the pictures show. Pool is dirty, Front gate not motorized , ancient Gate motor broken and laying in the soil for some time. Gate has to be locked in a specific angle with the pad lock and it is a battle especially when you have to manually open and close this very heavy gate. No lights outside especially at the small side pathway alongside the garage to access your room, I had to use my phone light.
