It’s private, at least.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Bad neighborhood, no front desk, no one else on the property with me at all, street parking only, front gate is unlocked and would be easy to hop over even with a lock. Only security measure was the lock on the door to my unit, which was a glass door. NOT SAFE for solo travelers, but frankly I wouldn’t want to stay here even with a group.
