1BR one block away to a beautiful beach

The apartment was cleaned, tidy, it feel like at home. There was everything you need to cook and wash the dishes dishes, I didn't cook because I was on my own so I just had all my meals in the local small food stalls. The also have everything you need in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, shower get in the towels, toilet tissue (only one roll). The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious with a nice big closet, TV which again I don't use as am not a TV fan, I prefer to spend my time outdoors. It had air condition which I didn't use because I don't like it. This building has quite a few apartments, they only show you the front ones with balconies but there are at least three floors so some are at the back with no windows to the street or balcony.

The things I was not happy about: 1. The appartment number 2 has no windows to the street, no balcony, it only had two small windows (they won't open fully) one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom that oversees a small space between other buildings. 2. The Internet did not work for the first 3.5 days. It was difficult to contact my host, there was no telephone to call in Mexico, the one provided in my booking confirmation was from Vancuver in Canada. That call cost me a lot. 3. A person who answer said he wasn't the host and had no idea what I was talking about. I had to message from Booking.com app. To get the Internet issue resolved, this took more than 3 days to resolve it. It is really bad that they don't have a direct number to support their customers there isn't any staff that you can speak to in the premises or on the phone.

Cleanliness, reactivity of the managers when we were locked out initially.

Location: This unit is located in the hotel zone, and because the rental unit is like a box without windows, we absolutely had to eat out, in spite of the kitchen equipment. Size: This unit is NOT 80m2 and I challenge the property managers to provide a floor plan that indicates that it is more than 40m2. Absolutely no view, and through the windows we looked onto air conditioning units and tiny court yards that serve no purpose. Restaurant smells: the restaurant on the main floor sends bbq smells up to the room first thing in the morning.
