We liked the authenticity feel of the apartment. It is nicely decorated with antique furniture and is pretty spacious. It's located in a quiet street, but not too far from the main square, restaurants, shops, etc. It's located in the ZTL zone, so if one needs a car, it needs to be parked outside of the ZTL. The closest parking garage is about 15 mins walk from the apartment. Overall, we had a nice stay in this property.

The internet was super slow in this location and it often disconnected. The shower in this place is tiny and has no shampoo, so take it with you if possible. Also, there is that "antique" smell in this apartment either because of the humidity or just because it's quite old. Not a big deal, but it does hit your nose once you enter:) Otherwise, we had a good stay.

Location was excellent. Beautiful old building in the centre of Siena.

The Internet kept going off, which was annoying, although the staff in the shop did attend to it when asked. There was no hot water in the kitchen during our stay. Facilities were pretty basic, especially the kitchen.. No wine glasses! There was no heating. However, we weren't in the apartment very much, so it didn't matter. We would still recommend it as a good base, just could have been more comfortable.

I liked the location.

Not enough hot water running freely. The shower both inside and outside had black in between tiles which one doesn't know if dirty or mould. The chairs in the kitchen are disgusting. They need to be either thrown out or repaired/ upholstered. Outside courtyard table and chairs also bad.

Loud noises from a nearby bar/club that didn’t stop until 1:30 am. Kept us up at night unfortunately

Plenty of space and very quiet and private. Very interesting architecture.

Steep access road.

The manager was very useful when we got lost in the city. She helped us and talked to a few people in the Italian language to help us find the place.

The location was good and everything a traveler needs was around. But, needs lots of uphill walking, which we loved but may not suitable for families with young kids or elderly members.

Its location and spacious accommodation plus the benefit of the open courtyard and separate laundry facility.

Location and the ceilings

The bathroom. Shower was very small for my tall and big husband and son. Toilet did not always flush properly.

It’s a lovely apartment and very spacious for Italy. Not only that but it has a beautiful courtyard. The location is a close walking distance to everything you’ll want to see in Siena as well. Definitely worth the price.

The mattress wasn’t the best but it certainly wasn’t the worst. Pretty much what you would expect at a rental property. The pillows were decent at least
