Stylish Cozy Tree House Pet Friendly!!!

Showed up and people were already using the rented residence. A family with lots of beach stuff everywhere. Knocked on the door and when the man opened it (with the door chain still attached so it opened 2 inches) I could see the mess inside and it smelled bad. He argued he had this rental and closed the door on me. I contacted the property manager/owner multiple times with no answer. left a voicemail and also texted. My friend called 3 times as well with. I luck. Called the booking company and explained the situation. They attempted to contact Brandon the owner as well with no luck. Booking company apologized and gave full refund. An hour and 40 minutes later Brandon calls back and when I answer and ask if it’s Brandon he says “Whatever I’m just returning a missed call” and refused to confirm his name and rudely asked why I called. I explained the double rental issue and before I could finish he started talking over me saying I was at the wrong property (false, I had the confirmation emails and photos of the place to prove it) and then changed his tune and started saying it was my fault for not getting confirmation from him and that I should have reached out to him before the booking company to cancel at which point I stopped him, corrected him: I in fact DID try to contact him which is why he was returning my MISSED CALL. He started to get an attitude and raise his voice and so I hung up. He proceeded to call me 4 times in a row before I blocked him so he then called my friends phone 4 times until she blocked him too. Overall super sketchy. Doesn’t seem like he knows how to run rental properties with the multiple reservations, lack of cleaning, and poor customer service and attitude.
