We had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse. It is basic but has everything you need for a clean, comfortable stay. The beach is right across road and the station is just around the corner. Hisashi is very friendly and extremely helpful with tips on what to do around the area and on our way to Kyoto. You must also try Hiashi’s home cooked dinner from local produce- very delicious! His orange juice is also the bomb. Would definitely return.

Very comfortable stay, lovely and quiet location with amazing beach.

Owner is friendly and helpful, he came all way out to look for us when we could not find the place. He can speak English well. He recommended the places and restaurants that we can go. And explained clearly how to get to these places. It is good for tourists who like to experience the stay at typical Japanese house.

Due to bad weather, heavy rain whole day, we could not look around especially went to the seaside. The day was so cold that the breakfast prepared for us such as yoghurt, orange juice and eggs were frozen.

The hosts were very accommodating as we needed to alter our arrival time several times. Their quick communication, cheerfulness and happiness to talk with us was appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer as the location and town appeared to have a great feeling typical of the surf culture.

Nothing springs to mind. Our only problem was running out of time to explore the location more.

Comfortable spacious house with retro beach vibe in small local village. Great location for coastal hiking along historic tracks. Hidden gem right across from the beach. Highly recommended.
