Relax at our Beach Haven - Pet Friendly

First, I usually don't give the top rating for anything. Things can always be improved. However, for this listing, I believe the hosts deserve the rating I gave. The house was in better than great condition. The hosts responded quickly to my questions prior to our trip. We had no need to communicate with them after we arrived, but I would assume their responses would have been very timely. We enjoyed this home so much we are considering hiring it again when we come back.

Everything was wondering! Nice clean and cozy. Kitchen had everything you needed and more.

Beautiful home, large kitchen, secure neighborhood and easy access to a beautiful beach. Nice neighborhood with beautiful architectural designs. Enjoyed a truly comfortable enjoyable home to rest, relax and leisurely enjoy time with our family and friends. Everything was supplied for our stay.

A few home maintenance issues but nothing to stop our stay from being ruined. Bottom second step on stair case is rotten (we avoided stepping on it), folding doors at washroom are off the frame (we never used washer/dryer so didn’t bother us). Gates are good, a few of the latches were needing repair but again didn’t stop us from having a lovely stay. Loved the kitchen and larger tables - we played many board games and ate many meals together. Loved the TV console with the fireplace - very cozy. The master bedroom with a jacuzzi what a treat. We will definitely return to the Mutiny on the Bounty. Also, lovely neighbors.

The location was perfect for 4th of July celebration! All the family enjoyed home.

The property was extremely clean. I was very impressed. I even looked places that most people would skip cleaning but not a spot of dust.

The mattress was mid grade and linens were kind of scratchy. I prefer more luxurious mattresses, bed linens, and bath towels.
