Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage zum Flughafen, man ist gleich bei den Restaurants und Massagen, die Ruhe

Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, trotzdem sieht man das das Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht, es ist alles da, die Auswahl aber gering und wenig abwechslungsreich. Aus Platzgründen wenige Liegen am Pool und stellenweise auch am Strand alle früh reserviert. Noch ein Punkt, liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung vom Hotel: Es gibt hier ein vorgelagertes Riff bzw. Steinbank was zur Folge hat, dass das Wasser max. hüfthoch, je nach Gezeiten kniehoch ist. An Schwimmen ist nicht zu denken. Vorschlag - 10 Minuten den Strand runter gehen, dann hat man "normales" Meer wie man es erwartet.

The room — Royal Suite with sea view — is beautiful! It was fantastic to have our own little outdoor area with a hot tub, and inside there is plenty of space and a large bathroom. We stayed there for seven days and had a wonderful time. The hotel grounds themselves feel like a peaceful oasis on Chaweng Beach. There are lots of trees, and it’s very green and lush. The pool and beach areas are nice.

It may be unfair to compare, but we came straight from a similar hotel on Koh Phangan where everything truly deserved top marks from us. Compared to that, Muang Samui doesn’t quite reach the same level, even though there is not much to criticize about the hotel on Koh Samui either. The hotel is located right by the airport, which makes it easy to be woken up by aircraft noise if you are a light sleeper. In addition, many pigeons live on the roof above our room, and they also make noise from early morning. The doors between the bathroom and bedroom are not soundproof, so you should expect to be heard if the other person is indoors as well. Small details like these kept it from getting a top score this time, but we want to emphasize that we had a very pleasant stay and felt very welcome.

Loved the authentic feel . Beautiful bedroom. Very comfortable bed & bedding . Right on the beach .

I think they should change the menu from lunch to dinner . It would be good to have something different in the evenings . They also haves roof terrace that they are not using .

Immerso nel verde, molto curato e con una splendida spiaggia non molto grande ma sufficiente. Si trova praticamente in mezzo fra la strada principale di Chaweng piena di locali e di vita notturna e il mare . Una volta entrati nella struttura si entra in un ambiente molto rilassante immersi nella vegetazione.Personale molto educato e professionale . La colazione molto buona e di qualità. La frutta buonissima e anche il caffè. Un bellissimo hotel dove vorrei ritornare.

-nice beach -good facilities -is located in the middle of the fun area- so u have what to do if u go outside -medium breakfast -very beautiful outside the villas- is like small jungle, very good maintained and carefully -thank you ZAW - beach boy- without him our stay would be so good.

Here will be long :( i stay 19 night with them, and the word to caracterized for this hotel it will be -dirty -firty inside the room, very nice outside- beach. I ll just attach same photos witch will speach. This hotel is not 5 stars, is 3 for room, 5 for outside. Very dusty, a lot of insects in the room- mosquito, cockroaches, ants, centipedes 😱, - please manager, try to sleep in one of u room , and tell me why i have to ask the housekeeping to change my bedsheets or mop the floor? They fon t know what to do? I put in the garbage bin plastic bag, because it was disguisting, and they use it 19 days without change it!! Conclusion: i won t choose this hotel again, even if it will be 50€/night, not 250€ / night how much i pay.

מקום מושלם , מלון מפנק מאוד והצוות כלכך מקסים ועוזר בכל דבר.(התקשרנו לשאול אם יש בעיה באינטרנט כי הנטפליקס לא עבד והם באו בשעה מאוחרת ולא שיחררו עד שהכל הסתדר - זה דוגמה לכמה שהשירות מושלם) המלון מהמם ויש לו חוף צמוד , ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומספקת. הבריכה יפה מאוד וכיפית.

חוץ מכמות היתושים שהיו הכל היה מושלם ... יש יתושים בכל תאילנד אז לא הייתי פוסלת על זה

Superbe emplacement, idéal pour profiter de l'ambiance de Chaweng à peine sorti de l'hôtel. Notre chambre avec accès piscine était top, vraiment un plus avec nos enfants. La salle de petit déjeuner et le restaurant, avec vue sur la mer, et sur la piscine. Le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute. Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique, au milieu des petits ruisseaux et d'une végétation luxuriante, palmiers etc... Vraiment un superbe hotel sur Koh Samui.

Des points noirs mais qui n'incombent pas l'hôtel, comme le bruit des décollages des avions a l'aéroport pas très loin, dont on s'habitue avec le temps, ainsi que les déchets sur la plage en raison des marées et des pluies, mais que le personnel essaye de nettoyer au maximum.

ganz weit entfernt von 5* Hotel! Das Resort ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwaige Renovierungsarbeiten werden nicht durchgeführt, aber Hauptsache mal ein neues Spa integriert 👎 Waren zehn Tage da - zwei Tage wären völlig ausreichend gewesen! Preis- Leistung völlig fern der Realität!
