We arrived to check in and our room was occupied by someone else. Turns out the property “never received our reservation from Booking.com.” We were left with nothing. They said no other rooms are available and we had to urgently book another property in the area on a Friday night. Exhausted and anxious, thankfully, we were able to figure it all out for ourselves.
INCAHigh end condo. Every unit should meet with the same standards as the one we were in!
We couldn’t stay longer. But we were ready to come home.
