ZAThe pricing was right for a family on a budget and the location is very convenient to get to Romford station on Liberty mall by bus and also the Elizabeth line
There is good privacy, the kitchen had all the basic stuff a family of 5 needs. The TV, WiFi works great for the kids. The owner is responds immediately for any needs and which was great.
GBThe location was perfect as we were working nearby. We were able to park easily outside the property for free (after 6:30pm and 8am) and we had a luton van. Good size, very spacious property. The TV was good.
I really don't like been negative, but it would have been useful to have had a welcome pack to include things like heating system instructions, how to access the free WiFi, places to eat etc.

GBGBGBThe place was nice and warm, the TV was good size and had Netflix.
We booked it for 4 people,for 3 nights the apartment had 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 sofa. The sofa though you couldn’t open it to make it a bed, they didn’t left any bedding sheet, pillow-pillowcase, blanket or duvet. The chairs on the table they were ready to break(so we didn’t use them). The kettle was dirty inside and without a filter, so we used the hot water from the sink. There was no coffee, tea or sugar (bought our own). The bathroom was disgusting (see photos) , there wasn’t even a hand soap (we bought our own), only 1,5 toilet roll (we bought our own). The bedding in the bedrooms had marks (maybe from the previous stays). In the living room was rubbish from the previous stay (kinder surprise packages). We had an issue with the locker on the main entrance but thank god they solved it. NO SOUNDPROOF at all, we could here from upstairs noise especially in the night. Full with rubbish the backyard.

the back patio door was unlocked the hole time and worst case scenario was we didn’t have the keys to lock it we had to improvise to keep the door from opening from the inside to prevent it from opening from outside
