My reservation was for 7 days and I only received two sets of towels. There was a memo that said “only two sets of towels if you need more req before check in” but I didn't get that memo until after check in. But I feel Common sense should tell you if the reservation is for 7 days I may need more than 2 sets I had to use the bug spray for bugs, nothing harmful But definitely annoying. The second night of my stay about 1:30am the neighbors in one of the connecting units were fighting, loud and breaking things and I felt unsafe.
