For reservations of up to 2 guests who wish to sleep in separate beds: in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with Garden View the double bed can be split into two singles, while in the Studio Apartment with Sea View the sofa bed can be prepared instead. Both options have a one-time fee of €20, payable directly to the host before check-in. Requests must be made no later than 24h prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The room looked like it was brand new. Fridge, microwave and stovetop are awesome for leftovers. Almost forgot the lighted closets! Clean shower with shower gel/shampoo. Staff Messages were timely and thorough, especially liked the security entry and hallway video security. 15 large steps from water walk and directly, if not attached to the presidential (house) fancy building. Bakery at end of street in 2 directions. Will stay again and recommend.

I fully recommend this apartment. It is located in a great area of Bari, in an excellent location. A fantastic bonus is the sea view. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings that make it feel newly designed. In short, there’s nothing to complain about. A truly enjoyable stay.

This apartament was the best option i could have chosen! Wonderful sea view form the balcony, and apartment standard made me not want to leave! :) Everything is as described - apartment equipment, coffee machine, modern TV, speed internet, as well as secure access to the apartment. This is the place to go where i will definietly come back!
