Great location, helpful and friendly staff

Efficient communication, taxi waited outside of the arrival hall even at short notice, clean and spacious room, helpful staff. The lobby didn’t give us a good first impression but the room was definitely comfortable. A tuktuk ride away to Chandni Chowk

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews before coming, but I loved this place! The room was beautiful, nice shower, central AC that kept the whole room equally fresh. The location was convenient - 10 min walk to the train station and metro. It did not feel sketchy or dangerous at any point. 100 meters from the hotel, there are some nice coffee shops and restaurants. Breakfast was not super tasty, but they let you choose from like 8 options of what you want to include (it takes about 1h for them to prepare it so order it early). Staff was very nice and helpful. Beware of the scams at the train station - people will tell you you need a permit to enter the hotel area because of safety - none of it is true, just get to the hotel and chill.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a sports delegation, with 16 teams staying there together, and we had a wonderful experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Dinesh from the front desk, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The other staff members were also courteous, professional, and welcoming. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station, metro, markets, and major monuments. Although it is close to the main road, the hotel is situated about 10–20 meters away from it, providing a quieter and more peaceful environment. The laundry facilities were also useful and well maintained. Even when we were leaving, the hotel staff assisted us in finding reliable and affordable taxi services. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
