Central 3 bedrooms apartment for upto 6

A nice apartment with all facilities for self cooking, washing machine, dishwasher and close to Haymarket Bus stop/tram station. Easy checkin and checkout.

No lifts for 3rd Floor

Fantastic location. 600 meters from Haymarket train station. Cafes, pubs and shop 100 meters from the front door. Warm comfortable and enough room for 5 adults without feeling crowded. Comfy beds.

Top 4th floor flat via a steep stairway (manageable but uncomfortable carrying heavy luggage). No good if you have kids (prams ect). Walking difficulty. Still a great stay.

We were booking flat for New Year's trip to Edinburgh for my family. The flat was clean, and it was warm (we could regulate the temperature in the apartment ourselves). Three separate bedrooms. High-speed Internet for work. I can recommend it. I received a letter a day before the trip, with a code to open keys lock. A beautiful view of one of the churches opened from the window living room. To the city centre around 30 min a leisurely walk I want to thank that the owners have thought out all the little things from glasses and snacks(rice and pasta) to a washing machine with powder. It was very convenient. At first I thought that owners had forgotten to put the towels)), but we found it in the in different chest of drawers in the bedroom. It would be more convenient if towels were left on the beds)) but these are trifles ))) In general, I can recommend the accommodation. Thank you.

Everything is fine The only point I want to mention, is that the accommodation is on the 3rd floor of the building. It was a little difficult for my 65-year-old mother to climb the stairs.

Location was good.

3rd floor flat. Not easy to go up after whole day of walk in city centre. No lifts. No lights in corridor. Heating set to 13 degrees. So after every couple of hours you need to set it up to 21-22 manually. Mean whenever you come home. It is freezing. In night it set to 13 degrees so when you wake up it is freezing. Seen mouse roaming around in Kitchen and next day in bedroom. Luckily no food left.

It was clean

Extremely basic . 3 wine glasses for 6 people . 4 forks . Mismatched plates . Cheap furniture & furnishings .
