La Tambra - Residence - Central with Restaurant

早餐非常丰盛，种类很多，露台风景特别好。

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados y tienen espacio suficiente. El desayuno es súper completo y está todo muy rico. Incluye muchos productos locales y homemade. El personal que nos atendió durante los desayunos súper amable y atentas.

Quizá mejoraría las camas y almohadas, por decir algo, pero todo estuvo bien.

Alla struttura avrei dato un 10, posizione comodissima, colazioni ottime anche per noi che scendevano più tardi con la bambina e il cane, Arianna e Margherita veramente carinissime e super ospitali! Molto comodo per chi ha bambini con la cucina e il terrazzino. Ho dato 8 solo perché al ristorante non abbiamo avuto per due volte esperienze positive.

Visto che insieme c’è anche il ristorante devo dire che è molto comodo perché è all’interno della struttura e si mangia bene (la carne) però oltre al prezzo caro, la cosa che ci ha dato più fastidio è stato un cameriere che appena ci siamo seduti ci ha proposto un vino Masseto a un ottimo prezzo: 1.500 euro… ma sei lucido?? Inoltre molto insistente con il secondo, i dolci, gli amari, ecc…ci hanno anche messo il coperto per la bambina che ha 1 anno e quindi non usa il coperto e al momento del pagamento ha avuto il coraggio di dirci: lascio questa cifra o mettiamo qualcosa per il servizio??? Ma che faccia tosta hai?? Veramente maleducato, insopportabile, con lo stesso copione tutte le sere. Preciso che abbiamo pagato una Fiorentina in due e una bottiglia di lagrein locale 200 euro! Vedete voi… Preciso inoltre che dovrebbero scrivere che si paga 25 euro al giorno per il cane (senza nemmeno una ciotola per l’acqua) però poi fanno le pulizie tutti i giorni in camera.

Downstairs, there's a great steakhouse, and a supermarket and bus stop are less than a three-minute walk away. Getting around Val Gardena by bus is very convenient. The room is simple and comfortable, and it even has a small kitchenette, which is perfect for preparing simple meals. The best part is the view of Sassolungo right from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent!

The washing machine is in the basement and is shared by all guests. If you need to do laundry, you'll have to try your luck as it's not always available.

Ontbijtbuffet was goed in orde. Zowel zoet als hartig, brood en gebak. Personeel met hart voor de gasten. Ondergrondse parking residentie tegenover mochten we ook gebruiken.

Beloofde veilige fietsenstalling (zware e-bike kan niet langs trap) bleek niet echt te bestaan. Oplossing in kelder geboden doordat hotel tegenover nog niet geopend was. Personeel wel erg behulpzaam in meedenken over oplossing.

De prachtige locatie als uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie wandel/ en fietstochten.

Door de nieuwbouw was het niet altijd even rustig.
