ISThe location and how clean the apartment was.
There was no kettle to to heat water or a regular coffee maker. Coffee to make for the first morning would have been a nice gesture :) Also there was no oven. Airfryer in a box above the washing machine that we had no ides if we could use or not. More electrical plugs and or extention cords in the bedroom to be able to charge phones while using the lamp. Optional extra pillows would have been nice and some optional winter blankets for the bedroom.
GBLocation was great. The apartment was clean. We asked for a tea towel and it was provided. The contact was very good and seemed happy to help where possible. I would stay at the property again. It's basic but comfortable.
There needs to be a few more basic facilities. A kettle would have been nice. Some more pots, pans and definitely a cutting knife. The bath shower head holder needs to be corrected. Some more information about the local area would have been nice. Could do with some air conditioning or fans.

ITLa posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. E il terrazzo è comodissimo ed ha una bella visuale.
L'appartamento si trova al 3°piano senza ascensore. La pulizia non è il massimo e le dotazioni di cucina sono piuttosto scarse. La stanza da letto ha soltanto una finestra che dà in un pozzo di luce.

GBThe apartment was near the local restaurants and cafes. The large terrace off the living area got the sun all day.
The 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment carrying luggage. The furniture was a little dated.
