Really conveniently located. Don’t be put off by the very steep driveway, there’s a flat area outside to park the car. We found it best to reverse up. Lounge area was great, nice to have pretty of comfy seats. Kitchen had everything you need. Fantastic to have washing machine there to use and an airer. Loved all the retro touches, placements & china

Locality

The single bed is very hard.I don't want this to be a criticism, but would advise older people to be aware the drive way is very steep, and the sofa's are reasonably hard to get out of. Certainly great for younger people

Spiders in the living room. Mould in the bathroom. 1970's era furniture. Multiple light bulbs burnt out.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Reasonable amenities. Great value. Very quiet.

Doors unpainted. No fan in bathroom. Lounges uncomfortable. Bedside lights didn’t work. No fan/cooling system.

The double bed was comfortable the accommodation felt spacious as it was only two of us and the shower had good water pressure

It felt very dated and could do with a good clean(eg cobwebs). No windows or ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen area. Walls lights in the bedroom didn't work and there are undecorated fittings as though it is work in progress.Open bin in the kitchen and no bin in the bathroom.

Easy walk to town, good place to be self sufficient.

Could do with a microwave oven.

Good location, walking distance to the marina. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment

Great location - very close to the Picton town. Plenty of space for all of us (5). House is double glazed and we were very warm though it was summer at the time of our stay and we did have perfect sunny weather.

The only recommendation I would make is to include a larger pot for cooking spaghetti. The pots were a little too small for this purpose and we had to cook it in batches!
