The property cancelled on us at the last minute. And I'm yet to receive the £25 damage deposit. We had travelled 5hrs to be told they couldn't accommodate us.

This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had in the UK. The host is unbelievably greedy and unhelpful. They charge by the hour for early check-in, and on top of that they don’t even allow luggage drop-off before 4 PM. What kind of place forbids guests from dropping bags when the room is already booked for that day? Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM — absolutely unreasonable. In the UK, 4 PM is already getting dark, so what’s the point of paying for a whole day if you can’t even relax or freshen up during the daytime? Customer service was rude, blunt, and zero understanding. Every question you ask, they just try to squeeze more money out of you. Everything has a cost, even the most basic requests. It honestly felt like they were trying to maximise profit from every minute instead of providing a decent experience. I would never book with them again and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Plenty of better options with much better service and more reasonable policies.

Ideal apartment that has everything you'd need for a short or long stay. Not long from the city centre, which makes a nice quiet area for a stay. Good size bedrooms one with en suite and great showers

We had a great stay at this flat. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and the self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and easy. The flat was clean and felt spacious enough for two people, making it a comfortable base for our trip. Its location was very convenient, with shops and takeaways close by. We also enjoyed a very pleasant meal at the Greek restaurant in the vicinity. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable stay, perfect for two people.

Parking was available on the road. On one evening, we weren't able to park directly outside the flat, but we still found a space relatively quickly within a short walking distance.
