"Great stay with friendly and helpful staff"

One staff to mention is Scarlett Ng, receptionist at Venice Hotel who help decorate our room with birthday greetings after I told her it was my wife's birthday on the day we are checking in. She also make our stay pleasant and see to our needs through the communications on WhatsApp. Another mention to another staff (didn't catch his name) who help to secure a transport slot to the airport on an off schedule timing. 🙏 Kudos to buggy drivers bringing us around the Sunset Town spots.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.

Wifi. Hope that it could be better.
