The location is unbeatable and the interior decor is very tasteful and modern. It creates a great first impression.

The biggest letdown was the staff. They weren’t particularly welcoming and seemed more focused on finding "petty" reasons to add extra charges to my bill rather than providing hospitality. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and for those reasons, I won't be returning.

Location is phenomenal. Symphony by the sea show/fireworks every night. Vufest night market and Sunset Bazaar is almost directly downstairs (less than 5 min walk).

Can be hard to sleep at night due to fireworks/music. Lobby is small and facilities are limited due to limited spacing. Breakfast was very meagre.

Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist oft nur mit Übersetzungs-App möglich. Es wird selten Englisch gesprochen.

Very clean room and view was spectacular!! Symphony of the sea show can be watched from the balcony!

The hotel charged us security deposit upon arrival which was not mentioned on booking.com. They demanded 1000000 VND per room per night which was too much!! We somehow negotiated to 500000 VND.

We have a street view room but on our last night they moved us to sea view room so we could enjoyed show on the water. Staff was very nice and helpfull and we always could ask for shuttle which took us everywhere in sunset town for free.

Rooms where too small and we didn’t have much space where we could put our clothes. We wanted room with balcony because we smoke but it was prohibided on a balcony too and if I knew it before I could get cheaper hotel. We skip masage because were expensive but most expensive was bar in front of the hotel. Seriously 500k for a drink is too much in Vietnam. Next time I would definitely choose cheaper hotel sorry

More accurate description of hotel. Everything was fake. Food was very average and expensive. The room was the best room in the hotel and was too small. could not even open both our bags up and nowhere to put the bags. The manager was lovely, but we had no internet, no hot water, (not shown) cold food, and noisy. We paid for 2 nights but we only stayed one. Booked an extra night at our next hotel so we paid twice for the one night
