"This is a great apartment, conveniently located and a reasonable rate."

Ground level private entrance was good because my husband has difficulty walking. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was clean and well decorated. Good location.

Planters at entrance door are too close—made it difficult to get access to door. Bathrooms need a shower mat to step out of the shower on.

Extremely clean, modern, and very nicely designed. The owner gave lots of clear, helpful instructions ahead of arrival. Parking was free. Beds are very comfortable - we went for the 2 super king bed set up. Good communication before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

There were no hand towels or bath mats for when stepping out of the shower or washing hands. We were putting our things in the car at 11am, and I received a text about late checkout charges, which I thought was quite tight as we were visibily transferring our bags to the car to leave at that time. I would suggest giving 5-10 mins grace.

"It's ok"

The decor was nice

You could hear the neighbours through the walls speaking loudly. There was mouldy toilet paper provided so we had to buy more. Bed linen was thrown on the floor of one of the wardrobes. It is too expensive and I expected better attention to detail for the amount of money spent.
