It had everything we needed, very well thought out, no complaints! We all loved it and were so pleased with our stay.

There really isn’t much to not like, I’d struggle to find any fault! I’d really pushed I’d say we could have done with a pizza cutter - but I’m really pushing to find any fault!!

Exceptional property. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. We only stayed for one night for work and we’re looking for an excuse to go back for longer. Everything is to such a high standard and the host was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

Beautifully presented, clean. Just a stunning property. Great communication from Sarah. The continental breakfast including juice and yoghurts in the fridge was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed in the morning.

Not the fault of the hosts but there is a very bright street lamp that illuminates the road side bedroom very well! Wouldn't put us off staying again but if you like your room really dark to sleep, bring an eye mask :-) Beds softer than I like but that's all down to preference. I still slept okay.

Nicely located on the outskirts of the town. Just 10 mins from anywhere!! Property is clean and well kept.

Slopped ceiling especially in upstairs bathroom/shower.

A superb home from home. It was clean, comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was easy to park, with electric gates for added security. We were met by the host and shown inside. The home was spotless and spacious. The downstairs 2nd bathroom was a bonus, as was the gym albeit we didn't get the chance to use it as we were mostly out attending an event. The breakfast tray was most welcome as were the Xmas decorations outside and in. We hope to stay again when next visiting the area.

Ease of access, both driving to the property and then the clear instructions about internal access when arriving. Warm and welcoming, very comfortable with all mod cons and breakfast included. Spotless, modern facilities and cloud-like bed to sink into. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Not a dislike, more of a handy hint, but if you are taller, use the downstairs shower rather than the over-bath shower upstairs with a sloping ceiling. 🙂

Everything about our stay was excellent. The house, the food provided that was there on our arrival, it is a beautiful house & a helpful host!

Good place for an overnight stay en route. Comfy house, easy to get to. Beats a travel lodge etc.

Breakfast was a bit lack lustre, compared to the other facilities.

The property was excellent. Amazing attention to detail. Immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It was very luxurious. The beds were the comfiest I have ever had. This was by far the most outstanding place I have stayed in. It exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was a lovely thoughtful touch.
