Habiamos reservado para 4 personas y no teniamos sabanas ni toallas para dos personas pero lo solucionaron enseguida.

No stand up shower option, if you love baths you will be fine!
GBI liked the cosy feel in most rooms, and the roll-topped bath. Lots of hot water, utensils, complimentary teas and coffee machine which were nice touches. The location was close to center of Bury St. Edmunds. Good amenities and facilities; i.e. cooker, fridge etc.
The road was very busy with a lot of traffic noise during the evening, although it wasn't an issue at night. The bedroom did not have a curtain, only a voile, so we had to use a spare duvet to block out light; however, this was so old that the filling had just dropped to the bottom of the duvet! The bed was very comfortable, but the bedding was just OK, thankfully it wasn't too cold, otherwise I think we would have felt chilly in bed. Sofa in lounge not very comfortable.
GBWalking distance to the cathedral area. Interesting layout and decor but slightly weird. Bed was comfortable.
Steep stairs, unusable bath and shower for a less able person with uneven floor levels in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable sofa in the front room and TV was difficult to use. The bedroom TV not working or tuned in. The fridge was very noisy and exceptionally large for a one bedroom house. Scarily, there were 10 large sharp knives in the kitchen - why? A lot of these things had been mentioned in reviews and obviously not been acted on at all.

There was only 1 working radiator, in the middle of the downstairs, so it could be a little cold upstairs. The quilt on the bed was paper thin, the bath needed cleaning before I used it. Everything felt very dated and lived in, the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. A lot of the cooking equipment was dirty and needed washing.

We would have preferred a shower, my husband had difficulty with the bath. The sofa was not the most comfortable with 2 people sitting on it.
