Spacious and location

Next to our room was a party going in a room too of the establishment. They didn’t respond well to my request to stop the noice. Furthermore,5-7 days prior to my stay,I’ve changed the date of my arrival. Which approved and validated. Upon arrival there, we were not supposed to be there according to the manager. We went back and forth and I had to leave the place or make a new booking. Even after showing all the emails confirming my new date, she didn’t want to accept us in the facility. After intervention of Bookings Customer Service we could stay there. It shouldn’t be my problem or concern that their systems were not matching up. The right thing that should have been done is to accept me and figure it out later with booking. So overall this was not the best experience ever.

Todo muy bien, el sitio muy limpio , amplio, y tranquilo. Muy cerca del centro. Todo fenomenal.

Faltó wifi

Modern apartment is a pretty central location. The aircon worked well, the flat was very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. Great for 4 people.

No parking unless your car has a Spanish sticker saying it’s environmentally friendly enough to enter this area. Otherwise you have to park elsewhere (we paid €30 a day, 13 mins walk away). The comms with the staff was pretty bad. A lot of information is required before checking in and we only got check in information a couple of hours before entering the property. Finally, somehow my phone number was ‘leaked’ and I got random messages from numbers saying that my payment information didn’t go through and I need to pay again… I also got numbers messaging me to offer a Flamenco night without ever giving my permission to share my details.
