Liiiving in Gaia - Casa da Vinha Apartment V

First the digicode to access the apartment wasn't working. The management company made me go under the building staircases, step into 10 cm of water (from a leak which they didn't seem to care about) only to find a key that wasn't there. After lots of back and forth it appeared that the cleaner had the key. Then I found out that the digicode at the front of the building wasn't working either which means that the main entrance door was open so anyone could just come in at all time. When I finally came in, there were ants in the property which of course can happen but sleeping was another issue. The bed is not comfortable and the building insulation is so poor that you could hear your neighbors and cars passing by from the second floor. On the top of it, I found the property in a state of disrepairs with broken tiles in the bathroom, mold on the bedroom walls and cracks. Not how I envision my stay in Porto. avoid
