Location was perfect

2nd bedroom had a basically collapsed bed. Total POS. It was completely sagged in, the kids ended up sleeping on the couch. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms flooded completely during a rainstorm leaving several inches of water on the floors to be cleaned up. There were only 5 towels in the whole apartment and they all had to be used to mop up the fllod water.My daughters Loius Vitton leather bad was ruined. Building maintenance came and cleaned up but left 3 large very load fans that had to run for the remainder of the weekend. With that level of flooding there is 0 chance that no one was aware of this situation on the front end. Sent several messages about this and got no response. Yeah, I have nothing good to say about my stay at 903 Romar. Definitely won't be back, definitely won't use Booking.com again either.
