La nostra esperienza in questa villa è stata a dir poco fantastica. La villa è posizionata su due livelli, dotata di tutte le necessità con posizione strategica. Alessandro è stato super gentile e disponibile, sempre presente a ogni necessità o semplicemente per darci qualche consiglio. Raccomandiamo vivamente questa struttura per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza fantastica. Se dovessimo ritornare a Castellammare del golfo alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo in questa magnifica struttura.

"Exceptional"

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana, eravamo in 8 e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La casa è grandissima, disposta su due piani, con ben 4 camere matrimoniali. Ambienti spaziosi, funzionali, tutto estremamente pulito. Il giardino esterno è stato un valore aggiunto, uno spazio ideale per rilassarsi, mangiare all’aperto e godersi momenti in totale tranquillità. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e attenta. Alessandro, sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato ogni tipo di consiglio per viverci a meglio tutta la zona. Ideale anche la posizione. È stato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con molto piacere!

"Dommage et décevant"

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la superficie de la maison et la présence de climatisation dans toutes les pièces.

Literie extrêmement dure et de très mauvaise qualité (dans toutes les chambres) Cuisine très mal équipée, manque d’ustensiles (exemple 4 tasses à café et nous etions 7, 4 verres à pied, …) Vaisselle sale qu’on a du relaver Pas de panier à couverts dans le lave-vaisselle (la personne qui s'occupe de l'hébergement est allé en acheter) Trop peu de couverts Pas de rangements Taches Humidités Moisissures SDB Odeur de la maison Jardin en friche Bonnet obligatoire pour la piscine (non mentionné dans l'annonce) Pas de BBQ Pas d'ampoules dans les lampes de chevet. Prestations de la maison pas à la hauteur du prix. Mobilier de jardin sous dimensionné (nous avons du sortir la table intérieure pour pouvoir manger a 7 personnes) Chaises très inconfortables Manque de prises de courant (2 dans la cuisine et une dans l'entrée). Pas de prises dans le salon. Ménage qui laisse à désirer Pour résumer, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux compte tenu du prix ...
