Boho Inspired Apt in the heart of Tampa Bay!

Nice, clean apartment with all necesseties. Convenient distance from the Amalie Arena where we attended NHL match. Easy to use Uber and leave rental car parked. Good parking in shade and easy access to the apartment (stairs, so hauling heavy luggage in heat).

I would have hoped a shelf or a dresser for the bigger bedroom + few more coat hangers in each closet. The neighborhood was "interesting". Not sure what we expected but it suprised us - but all in all the apartment was just perfect for our needs.

Location to downtown is perfect, less than 10 min away; neighborhood was quiet. TV with Roku has many channels to choose from. Host responsive to small issue with refrigerator and sink drain. Parking for 3 cars underneath house. Very clean and cozy inside. I would stay here again.

wifi was spotty, but could have been from many things; surrounding area is a bit rundown, but a block from the water, area was quiet and newly renovated places coming up . Backyard could be fixed up more for guests to make better use of it.

Property was clean, really enjoyed all the little things like access to soap, laundry detergents, toliet paper, paper towels, and ceiling fans in most rooms, easy climate controls as the weather was all over the place. The coffee maker and the coffee sugar and powered creamer was a very sweet blessing. Was thankful for the white string lights up the stairs to the front door as we arrived after dark. It is close to down town and the cruise port for sure. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets but not extra blankets. Which is fine we made due.

The lack of lighting under the building to park was a surprise, it was very dark trying to unload. There was a motion light for camera but that did not stay on. The floor boards/flooring are broken in several areas showing soft spots in the floor which is fine but definitely showing wear. The rented apartment next door we heard their drama some nights which honestly was fine as we knew we booked an apartment not a single house but was just annoying as it was 2am and 3am. You can hear cars arriving below/car doors closing. We were gone all day long so not sure how the daytime was but other than the folks next door in the apartment that share a wall the neighborhood was quiet and sweet. A train that can be heard close by does run all hours so having white noise to block that out helps if not used to that sound. The second bedroom is tiny, with a full size bed up against the wall. We were mostly there at night to sleep as we were out and about each day. Overall a decent stay to crash after long days of exploring. :)

Everything was nice, made for a very comfortable stay even though it was short. Close to Ybor and dining.

The neighborhood around was a bit run down, but many homes were being renovated so it might be better soon.

Beautiful and well maintained property. Very convenient and great communication with the host. Location was perfect for the business event I attended.

The attentiveness of the host was amazing. They check in with you after your first night to make stay your night was ok.

Everything about the property was pretty great.

The location was really close to downtown but in a quiet location and close to a nice little playground. It seemed sketchy pulling in at night but it was a safe residential area. There was a great amount of linen and towels and the beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and super cute.

Some very minor things like there weren’t enough garbage bags and the ones they left were too thin and broke. Maybe bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap as those weren’t the greatest. But those didn’t really affect our stay at all. Because it is elevated, I found that if anyone else was moving around in the unit of the one attached, you could really feel it. The whole apartment shook. And the walls are thin, but the tenants in the other side for us were quiet.
