Good location in Benidorm and lovely sea view. Shower was great and having kitchen facilities a bonus.

The bedroom was extremely small with very little space at sides of bed. Also the lock on the door for apartments 5 and 6 is difficult to open. Found it cramped for 3 adults would have preferred a 2 bed.

The main advantage of this apartment is its excellent location — just a short walk from the beach and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, with all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, coffee machine, oven, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and more. Check-in and check-out were both simple and quick. Cleanliness was very acceptable on arrival.

There’s no cleaning service or towel/linen change during the stay, which can be a drawback for longer visits. The apartment does not have a balcony or any dedicated space to dry clothes, such as swimsuits, which is something to consider in a beach setting. The bedroom is indeed small, but this is clearly stated in the photos, so guests should be aware of what to expect. We experienced two power outages, each lasting over four hours. This affected the water supply and elevators (we were on the 15th floor), but this is an issue beyond the owner’s control. The communal parking is limited. Once you manage to get a spot, you're unlikely to want to leave it — it's not guaranteed you'll find another when you return.

Absolutely nothing

The property was 15 stories up and I’m claustrophobic and don’t like the lift. It was roasting hot. The air-conditioner didn’t work. The showers were cold. There was no hot water at all. I made several complaints to the property owner and Booking.com office and they called booking.com I asked for an upgrade they said there was nothing available. I asked to be moved they said they couldn’t. I had to sleep on a sofa bed with the window open there was no veranda and there was several cockroaches while we were there absolutely worst experience of my life.

Well great location and lovely clean apartment, quite hard to find didn’t know we had to go to the booking.com place to find it but that was our fault not anyone else’s, also didn’t realise you had to do a £200 deposit, however did get refunded a few days after leaving! Great location
