Locația excelentă față de centru-Palas Balconul este așezat spre răsărit- un loc plăcut pentru savurat cafeaua de dimineață.

Cuptor defect (geam care stă să cadă), masa din bucătărie instabilă, mobilier care se destrăma pe alocuri, instalații sanitare defecte (după duș se aduna multă apă in baie), curățenie fără atenție la detalii (mucuri de țigară uitate in sertarul noptierei, faianță necurățată, oglinzi cu degete). Miros de țigară impregnat în pereți, deși scrie ca nu se fumează.

The instructions were super clear and everything worked perfectly The location is great - right next to Palas Mall The host responded to inquiries in very timely fashion

Overall the apartment can benefit from some professional eye and maintenance. The apartment had a very strong cleaning supply smell - it took a day to air it. The shower is leaking from under the tab. There are other smaller nagging things too.
