Amazing Oceanfront Views From 24th floor!

Unit 2404 - Cleanliness was terrible in the room but the grounds and lobby were immaculate. The plunger holder had dried brown stuff all over it...like crap in it brown. It hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Fluids dripping down the cabinets and island. Mold in the water boiler. Stove didn't work at at all after we bought a bunch of food. We called and they said they would send someone. They told us they would send someone between 11:00 and 5:00 p.m. and that we had to wait there for him. They never sent anyone so we wasted our day waiting and wasted money on the food that we couldn't even cook or take with us when we left. They didn't sound like they cared at all. We had to clean the entire place before putting any of our stuff away because it was so filthy so we wasted another half a day cleaning. We were only there for 4 days. You had to valet your vehicle without any other options which made it impossible to get items from vehicle. We didn't even want to leave because it got so irritating. If you needed something out of your car they would stand there and wait while you went through your personal belongings which was really awkward. Then you are tipping for valet to and from wherever you were going on top of getting something out of your vehicle. We ended up taking the Sun trolly transportation to multiple places and paying extra money for that just because we didn't want to be irritated. No one spoke or understood English except for the hostess/receptionist. We were also forced to wear wristbands on wrist the entire stay that were not easily removed. The reception person couldn't even put them on us. We stayed at other places that used elastic or removable ones which were great but not this place. There were cockroaches on the balcony the size of three fingers. There was loud construction and the building directly next to us so drilling and banging the entire stay.

La vista espectacular, muy lindo el departamento y la zona. Está muy bien administrado el edificio. El servicio es ágil y agradable.

Era Semana Santa y estaban muy cargados los ascensores. Había filas para tomarlos y te podía llevar más de 5 minutos esperando. El departamento bien pero algunos utensilios y también las duchas necesitan un mantenimiento o un upgrade para que sea fantástico todo

Sehr nüchtern und kalt eingerichtet, eiskalte Klima bei der Ankunft, dementsprechend ungemütlich. Extrem viele Leute, kaum Platz am Pool, massiv überteuertes und unterdurchschnittliches Essen. (Unbedingt auswärts essen gehen) Der Strandabschnitt sehr klein, nicht genügend Strandliegen für alle… dadurch sehr angespannte Atmosphäre, alles Gäste waren sichtlich genervt. Es war etwas windig, daher duften die Schirme nicht aufgespannt werden. Interessanterweise duften die sogenannten Owner (Besitzer einer Wohnung), welche einen eigenen Bereich hatten die Schirme sehr wohl aufspannen! Man fühlte sich wie in einer 2 Klassengesellschaft. In der Nähe ist zu Fuß quasi garnichts gelegen und man muss überall mit dem Auto hi fahren. South Beach ist da deutlich besser!! Wenn man 1 Stunde vor 16 Uhr (ab da darf man in das Zimmer) das Zimmer beziehen will werden ca 70 Dollar verlangt. Wenn man ab 9 Uhr morgens rein will über 300 Dollar, alles in allem eine Abzocke vom Feinsten. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

fila no check out. elevadores muito demorados. staff do hotel fraco. nao tem vontade de informar ou ajudar. o manager sr flores me cobrou 40 dolares por um cartao de piscina que estava dentro do quarto e eu nao tinha mais acesso pois apos o horario de check out a chave desativa. nao me deixaram voltar pra procurar e insistiram na cobrança. o tal sr flores, gerente, parece inapto para sua funçao, uma vez que recusou-se a a falar comigo a respeito do prolblema, sr flores, o sr eh mediocre

Second time staying at this property and this was my favorite stay! BEACH FRONT PROPERTY WITH AMAZING AMENITIES.Great apartment,very clean and just perfect for our family vacation! Thanks for having us and We will be back for sure!

The views, the pool deck, the gorgeous room and the courteous staff. Charisse and Margarita were very professional and proactive.

Daily valet fee of $36, the Sian next door has the same 24/7 valet available for $18 all day and overnight. The restaurant pricing. The outdoor bar area was not clean, trash and dirty puddles everywhere. Also, it was unclear on where to rent chairs and umbrellas. Other than this, the stay was wonderful
