"Lovely stay in a convenient apartment"

Spacious, good views, convenient for all amenities. Host was very responsive to any queries. Well stocked and easy to use kitchen.

Could have been cleaner, pillows and towels were a bit tired.

"Great views and location, but some issues"

Good sized old-style two-bathroom apartment. Property is up a steep hill behind the town and has a wrap-around balcony with panoramic views. Location instructions and aircon good.

Despite 10am checkout and 4pm checkin times, the apartment presented like it had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time (e.g. balls of dust, hair in plug holes, walking with clean bare feet inside caused them to get dirty). No toilet-rolls or t-towels provided. No helpful instructions regarding the apartment (eg recycling bin types) or local area (eg closest grocery shop).

"Perfect! Would definitely stay again, 10 mins walk to the water where you can jump on a boat anywhere!"

It was huge, very light with big windows. Gorgeous view! The balcony literally wraps around the whole apartment. The aircon was amazing after the walk up the hill. Nothing like working off the pasta and pizza eaten right away haha! We also loved the car garage, with a hire car it was good to have it tucked away where it can’t be scratched.

"Toller Ausblick mit Defiziten"

Ausblick, zentrale Lage in Rapallo. Garage. Aufzug (klein aber nützlich). Klimaanlage in allen Räumen.

Sehr alte Ausstattung in Bädern und Schlafräumen. Gestank aus den Waschbecken. Keine Haken zum Aufhängen von z.B. Handtüchern. Zuwenig Ablagen in Schlafräumen, man muss quasi aus dem Koffer leben. Vorhandene Kästen sind versperrt oder so veraltet dass sie nicht nutzbar sind (wie der Einbauschrank in einem der Schlafzimmer).
