The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.

The bed linen was not clean and there was a lot of human hair in the beds, when we arrived. I could not use the ice box for frozen food, as it was completely iced up. I couldn't park onsite, but arrangements were made for parking elsewhere....I was a little nervous about this as I had a hire car and would have preferred to be able to keep an eye on it. The neighbour who lives in number 5, insists on blocking the whole driveway, so you'd better not need the emergency services. Also, just to note.....if you are not a couple, the person using the sofa bed has to access the bathroom through the bedroom, so no privacy.

The staff responded quickly.

There may be loud noises from the room above.

Accessible to groceries shopping & food shops.

Some condition not checked, one ceiling light failed; no timer for heater.

Newly refurbished. Single beds were comfy

Bathroom is ridiculously small. If you are using the toilet with the hitting on, you can burn your legs.

Very quiet

Very limited kitchen area and living area. Good effort to maximize space but couldn't stay there more than a few nights. Not criticism but observation
