we didnt get a breakfast and the hotel service was terrible from start to the end.

I would like to formally express my disappointment with this stay. From the very beginning, the experience was extremely frustrating and far below the expectations set by the listing. The service was very poor and the host took a long time to respond whenever we needed assistance. Unfortunately, the room itself was also not as described. The bed was uncomfortable, the TV was not functioning properly, and the space was extremely small, leaving barely enough room to move around comfortably. Cleaners never came not even once and the staff in the building are not friendly at all. I am latin and I was expecting better services. Elevators were a mess we had to take stairs even though we were floor 20. Will never come back to this place again. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that we only take one vacation per year, and we plan and save for it with a lot of effort and sacrifice. We were really looking forward to this trip being relaxing and enjoyable, but instead the entire experience was stressful and upsetting. It is very discouraging when something you wait for all year turns out this way. Overall, everything from the start felt like a disaster and the stay did not meet the basic standards we expected. For these reasons, I would kindly request that Booking.com review this case and consider providing a partial refund. We truly hope for a fair resolution given the circumstances. Their was 2 restaurant that was good other then that worst place to take a vacation. The handyman was very nice an easy to work with that had to come fit a couple thing in the unit

The staff was very c***** and Was not easy to work with pay for valet of the vehicle being taken from you. And brought back to you and had to go get the vehicle each time ourselves and being charged for it would never recommend this resort. To anybody?

Adequate amount of clean linens and towells for 4 guest for 4 days When requested more towells they wanted to charge $35 more We were using our same towells for more than 3 days. We went to walmart and purchased additonal towells

Las instalaciones estaban bien, la piscina que era temperada y estaba al lado de lago, cruzabas para ir pero estaba bien !!!Aunque por la piscina te cobraban por día, la cochera también todo era adicional.

La habitación tenía un sonido permanente en el baño, nunca tuvimos la clave de wifi, el lugar no tenía ninguna taza con la cafetera que dejaron. La habitación no es lo que describe daba al puente y no tenía vista a ningún lado como dice el anuncio
