Newquay Escape 10 min to beach Patio Parking

Location is perfect , apartment had everything you needed , parking spot on site , facilities great , communication prompt & efficient

Lovely comfy modern, clean flat, close to Newquay. A real home from home with lovely extra touches such as clean towels, detergents, soaps, a fan in the bedroom and we were delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! What an amazing host. A car park space, being dog friendly and a patio to sit outside were really appreciated. I'd definitely consider booking it again. Thank you!

My parents found the walk to and from the town a very steep hill to climb as they're of retirement age, so bear that in mind regarding the Mount Rise area of Newquay. This didn't take away the positive experience of our stay though!

Great location for the town centre and beaches. The owner is lovely and responds to any enquiries very quickly. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very modern. It has its own private parking spot, which was fantastic as we could come and go without any stress. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment with modern/stylish decor. Close to beach and town etc.. 10 mins walking distance down a few alleyways.

Nothing I didn’t like!.. A few teabags/milks would be nice on arrival until you’ve had chance to sort yourself out.

Good sized apartment with the extra benefit of an on site car park. We liked that there was just one hill to walk down (Marcus Hill) and you could go left to the town centre or right to other bars and restaurants or straight ahead to the beach, so great location.

The water for the bath/shower did not get very hot but the weather was really warm so not much of an issue but may not be so good in colder weather.

The location was excellent, and all the essentials were provided, including cutlery, plates, a cooker, oven, and fridge. Although we didn't meet the host, she was very helpful. She even organised moving our parking spot when we had the issue with the car due to the parking lock.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The carpets are so dirty, the sofa, sofa bed, and the floors are full of dog hair. There is so much hair that when you sit on the sofa, the clothes you are wearing get covered in dog hair. The whole place had a strong and unpleasant smell which was very noticeable when you walk into the house The drain in the bath was blocked as it was extremely slow to drain. When you have a 5-minute shower, the bath is a quarter full of water, which makes the bathroom floor wet and dirty. The padlock on the parking post is too proud and it scrapes the car chassis. We ended up breaking the car chassis and had to get it fixed.
